Kristoffer Ronneberg has worked as a journalist in China since August 2005, mainly for the daily newspaper Aftenposten. During the last twoyears he has travelled extensively around the country, often to places that are far off the beaten track.
This is a collection of images from these travels. Some photos have been published as part of a story, some are here shown for the first time. All of them are from people, places and situations that have left an imprint on Rønneberg's mind.
"China, to me" is in no way a complete picture of today's China. But it does present a series of snapshots, as seen through a journalist's eyes.
