Legopulver is made up by Martin Farstad Borg (guitar), Jo Fougner Skaansar (bass) and Andreas Evjen Håkestad (drums). This egalitarian trio of jazz musicians based in Trondheim, Norway, make music over a wide dynamic range, and their interweaving sound works at the punchiest levels as well as the more poetic passages. The interplay itself is what makes this band contemporary and full of genuine life. When playing at Beijing University and Purple Haze September 21st and 22nd, they played for sold-out venues and enthusiastic audiences.

Legopulver, whose members are all in their twenties, is a product of the jazz department at the University in Trondheim (NTNU). Since their student days they have matured into a solid band in command of the trio format. They are all on the verge of becoming professional musicians, and they are proud to present their debut CD “Legopulver”.
