Labeled as "Norway's best live act ever!" by Scandinavia's biggest rockzine Monster, this fivepiece hardcore/punk act from the very north of Norway are a live sensation like no others. After extensive touring the United States and Europe the last year, they are now about to explore one of the world's most exciting new rock scenes as they enter China and enroll on a three day mini tour of Beijing.
Originally set to play both the Beijing and Shanghai Midi festival, the band didn't hold back once those were cancelled and decided to go anyway. "That's what the Beijing rock kids deserve, and we don't want to disappoint them". So two additional club shows were booked: The Mao Livehouse and the New Get Lucky Bar. Especially the latter is one of almost nostalgic value to the band: The singer, Carl Christian Lein Størmer, saw Beijing's leading punk band Tookoo in the same club back in 2003 and instantly knew that one day he had to bring his own band there. And what goes around comes around: On may 1st Turdus Musicus of Tromsø, Norway will team up with Beijing's own TOOKOO for a night to remember as norwegian and Chinese rocks finest join forces. And in addition: Once in Beijing the band learnt that the Midi festival had decided to move indoors, so their show at the great MIDI festival will proceed as planned, only in a different place: Indoors at the Midi school, the same place it all started back in the early 2000's.
