Tuesday 11 December Mr Svein Ole Sæther took up his post as Norway's new ambassador to the People's Republic of China. Mr Svein Sæther is an experienced diplomat with a long career in Norway's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Earlier he has also served as Norway's ambassador to Turkey and Israel.
