Friendship Agreements

An agreement on cooperation was signed on the 23rd of May 2010, marking the beginning of a partnership between the Norwegian municipality of Bergen and the Chinese municipality of Dalian. Mayors Gunnar Bakke and Li Wancai were present to sign the agreement. Read more
