The NOTCH 5th Anniversary Retrospective Exhibition, echoing the theme REPUBLIC, showcase the artists’ personal utopia from the NOTCH participating artists over the last 5 years.
The exhibition also collaborates with Norway at EXPO and Finland at EXPO for 4 Chinese artists (Ma Qiusha, Sun Yao, Qiu Anxiong and Pan Jianfeng)’s Norway and Finland travel inspired art works. Norwegian graphic design studio Yokoland, gold winner of 2010 Visuelt competition in Norway, made a special installation for the exhibition called “REPUBLIC”.
