NOTCH09

05/10/2009 // From the 24th of October to the end of November 2009, NOTCH 09’ will provide a comprehensive program of futuristic audio-visual performances, design and architecture exhibitions from both Nordic countries and China.

NOTCH09 Festival is the 4th installment of the NOrdic + CHinese Festival. This is the only local festival to be run simultaneously in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.

The '09 NOTCH festival aims to promote new thinking and cross-disciplinary work in art, music, design and architecture through exchanges between creative talents in China and Nordic countries. 

NOTCH09 theme: ID-ENTITY digs the emerging scene of individuals with multiple identities that create their own micro entities by leveraging the online and digital means. NOTCH09 forecasts “ID-ENITTY” will become the next wave of the creative economy.

Particularly, “NOTCH09:ID-entity” design & art exhibition in Beijing will be part of the 2009 World Design Congress and Beijing International Design Week, hosted by Ministry of Culture, China.
