NORDOX: Nordic Documentary Film Festival

Last updated: 21/10/2010 // The annual Nordic Film Festival is celebrating its 5th anniversary in Beijing between the 13th to the 25th of November.

This year as earlier, NORDOX will line-up the best contemporary Nordic Documentaries. The audience can enjoy 17 cutting edge award winning documentaries from the Nordic countries. The many documentaries will take you across the globe and offer you unique views into very different social spheres.

The focus this year includes sociopolitical engaged films and reflections on what it means to be human.

The topics in the documentaries include question around what it means to be human, how humans interact and the power if media and politics.

As previous year the audience will get the unique chance to ask questions to the directors. This year the award winning director and Oscar-nominee Anders Østergaard (Burma VJ) and award-winning director Fredrik Gertten (Bananas!*) and David Kinsella (Killing Girls) will be present during NORDOX.

Enjoy the selection of films!

Tickets: All screenings are free with a UCCA entrance ticket. It is not possible to book in advance.
