From Jan. 22 to 24, Henrik Ibsen’s play The Master Builder will be on stage at NCPA, produced by Lin Zhaohua Theatre Studio.
The Master Builder was completed by Henrik Ibsen at the age of 64. Departing from his earlier social-realistic plays A Doll's House and An Enemy of the People, Ibsen changed his style to symbolism through soul digging.
This version was debut in China in 2006, the year of Ibsen.
