“Better city, better life” is the theme of the EXPO 2010. Efficient urban transport is an important way of improving urban life. To illustrate this, Consul General in Guangzhou Tormod C. Endresen will try out five different modes of transport from home to work every morning this week.
Today, Monday 1st March, the Consul General has been riding a bike to work, Tuesday, he will go by metro. Wednesday he will go by taxi and Thursday he will try the bus – before going to work on rollerblades on Friday.
He will share his experiences on the Consulate’s official blog,(http://blog.sina.com.cn/norwegianlion) – ending with a comparative analysis of the different modes of transport.
