Cooperation on Carbon and Beyond

Last updated: 24/03/2011 // 40 Norwegian and Chinese scientists were gathered in Hangzhou 6 – 8 March 2011 to discuss how to contribute to and develop a joint plan for future cooperation on improving carbon capture and storage. Following this workshop comes an array of activities to create common platforms for increased cooperation between Chinese and Norwegian research institutions.

A research team from the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Beijing is this spring carrying out an extensive visit program to similar workshops as well as to well reputed Chinese research and higher education institutions. The aim is to visualize Norway as an attractive and important partner to China within areas of high priority in both countries, and thereby increase and widen the fruitful cooperation between China and Norway.
