It is already 2012. We hope you have had a great celebration with your family and loved ones. We have just stopped eating, but another round of festivities is just around the corner. This time around we will celebrate the year of the dragon. The coming year will certainly bring many highlights on the cultural front. One such event will be the arrival of world famous soprano Barbara Bonney, who will hold a grand concert together with the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra on February 18. The entire evening will be dedicated to our beloved Edvard Grieg, and lead by one of the most distinguished conductors in China, Long Yu. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience a great collaboration between Chinese and western culture.
We would like to wish you all an eventful January!
