Dear all, Many exciting events are taking place this November. The Nordox Nordic Documentary Film Festival is drawing near and this year’s programme features many exciting new films, many of which are Norwegian. A new addition is the Nordic Photo Exhibition is taking place alongside Nordox, displaying the work of some of the Nordic countries most interesting photographers, among them renowned Norwegian photographers Andrea Gjestvang and Knut Egil Wang. On the music front, the famous Norwegian band The Lionheart Brothers is touring China. Don’t miss the chance to hear them live. As always, there are also many other activities to choose between. In 2011, the NORDOX film festival in Beijing will be joined by a photo exhibition presenting recent works from 7 Nordic artists. The artists and images selected for the exhibition give a taste of the vitality of contemporary photography in the Nordic countries through the work of young photographers. When NORDOX goes to Shanghai and Guangzhou, the plan is for the photo exhibition to be displayed there as well.Read more >
