Mr. Liu is a well reputed Hong Kong shipowner and businessman with strong business ties to Norway, holding a distinguished career in shipping and other transport industries. He is the Chairman, President and CEO of the Parakou Group, which includes Parakou (Holding) Ltd., Parakou Shipping Ltd., Parakou Development Ltd. and Parakou Aircargo Limited. He is married with 2 sons.
