- It is an honour to be on the Top 10 list, because it is so many who deserves it. It gives me the opportunity to show positive aspects of immigrants as role models and tell about how we experience the integration, say Elise Chen.
Elise Chen is passionate about culture, and when she was younger she wanted to be a professional dancer. Instead she pursued an engineering education and now she works as a Professional Development Manager in IBM. At present she is working less with the technical, and more with people which she enjoys. Her involvement in Chinese Culture Festival and the multicultural ERAS-festival is a clear proof of her continued commitment to culture.
