Norwegian Visa Application Centres in China

In order to provide better and more efficient service for all applicants the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Beijing and the Royal Norwegian Consulates in Shanghai and Guangzhou have authorized VFS Global to run Norwegian Visa Application Centres in each respective city.

All applicants from provinces that the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Beijing, the Royal Norwegian Consulate in Shanghai and the Royal Norwegian Consulate in Guangzhou are responsible for, should submit their application at the Visa Application Centres.

Please be informed that the Norwegian Visa Application Centres only receive applications and supporting documents on behalf of the Embassy/Consulate, and forwards all documents to the Embassy/Consulate for further processing. VFS has no influence whatsoever on the outcome of an application. All decisions in visa cases are made by the Embassy/Consulate alone. By outsourcing the actual submittance of applications, the Embassy/Consulate is able to provide better service to the applicants through prolonged opening hours, more staff and additional services.
